Neponset River Greenway

Neponset River Greenway Council

Neponset River Greenway Council members from the neighborhoods of Boston and Milton along the Neponset River have met on the first Wednesday of almost every month since 1992 to focus community support on the Neponset River, its parks, and construction and maintenance of the Neponset Trail, which connects them on land. We were originally convened by the Boston Natural Areas Fund (which later became the Boston Natural Areas Network), but we have operated since April 2015 as a separate organization.

We discuss Neponset Greenway issues on the neponsetgreenway Google discussion group between meetings and together set their agendas.
